Return Policy

Orders Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications are allowed before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Please note that cancellations made before dispatch will incur a 5% fee, which covers non-refundable transaction charges by Razorpay and Odoo .

Returns

Once the order has been delivered, we won’t be able to accept the return or refund you in any way. In case the item received is damaged, the same needs to be communicated to us with a proper UNCUT unboxing video of the package within 24 hours of delivery, even in such cases, a replacement will be provided.

We will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. In cases where the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds (if applicable)

In case an order is canceled in accordance to our cancellation policies then the refund of the same shall be provided within 2-3 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **5–7 business days**.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
