We offer standard international shipping on all eligible products.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivered but Not Received Policy
At QC Jewels , we ensure that every order is shipped with secure and trackable courier partners. This policy explains the process and guidelines in cases where the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the customer claims they have not received the parcel.
➡️ Courier Delivery Proof.
Once the courier marks an order as Delivered, we rely on the delivery proof provided by the courier company, which may include:
- Delivery OTP confirmation.
- Delivery signature (POD – Proof of Delivery).
- Delivery photograph (if available)
- GPS location of the delivered parcel.
- Delivery agent’s delivery report.
➡️ This delivery proof is considered final and binding unless proven otherwise through investigation.
➡️ Complaint Window (24–48 Hours)
- If a customer has not received the parcel despite the tracking showing “Delivered,” they must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of the delivery update.
- Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for investigation, refund, or replacement.
➡️ Mandatory Customer Verification.
- Before raising a courier investigation, the customer must verify the following:
- Whether any family member, neighbor, security guard, or reception desk received the parcel.
- Whether the delivery address provided was accurate and accessible.
- Whether the customer was available at the location on the day of delivery.
➡️ Courier Investigation (5–7 Working Days)
- After receiving the customer complaint, we initiate an official investigation with the courier partner.
- The investigation may take 5–7 working days.
➡️ Outcomes:
- ✓ If the courier confirms a delivery error:
- A replacement or refund will be issued as per product availability.
- ✗ If the courier provides valid delivery proof:
- The order will be considered successfully delivered, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
➡️ Conditions Where No Refund/Replacement Will Be Provided.
- Valid delivery proof received from the courier
- Customer fails to contact us within 48 hours
- Wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location
- Repeated false claims identified by our team
- Customer does not cooperate during investigation.
